Other familiar faces include Andrew McDonald, Chief Product and Technology Officer, AlayaCare; Ben Woolley, Chief Executive Officer, Redmap; Greg Satur, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Hayylo; and John Perkins, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Checked In Care.

Mr Satur is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years of experience working at the dynamic intersection of teams and their customers. He has previously spoken to Hello Leaders about the importance of effective communication with aged care participants.

“How can we be more customer-centric? It’s represented in some of the non-compliance feedback you see coming back from audits, which is really around how can we listen better to our clients’ needs. Then it’s about how can we help them express those needs and synthesise that information,” Mr Satur said.

Similarly, Mr Woolley has shared tips for document management, one of the most burdensome tasks in aged care. With many providers still operating with paper trails, he knows where major efficiency gains can be made.

“I was blown away when I heard about the hoops that home care providers were having to jump through to claim back client spending, and I knew that there was a major opportunity to save aged care workers time,” Mr Woolley said.
