Founder and CEO of Enabler Interactive, Huy Nguyen

Huy Nguyen, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Enabler Interactive, is a passionate leader dedicated to promoting inclusivity in society and improving the quality of training for support workers.

Huy believes that effective leadership involves guiding people towards a shared vision, and passion is the key to achieving this.

“Leadership is about guiding people, and guiding them towards something that you’re passionate about,” Huy said.

“It’s important that you have that guiding light and that people can see that you have that passion.”

“Leadership for me is a learning journey non-stop.”

Huy places great importance on empathy in building relationships and creating a supportive workplace culture. For him, leadership is not just about managing people, but about inspiring them to pursue a shared vision.

Innovation is another crucial aspect of Huy’s leadership approach. He believes that staying ahead in a rapidly changing world requires innovative thinking, and that his company must be willing to think outside the box to make a real impact.

“We are looking at innovation and trying to be a bit different,” he added.

“We want to make sure that we’re actually doing something that’s cutting-edge and different and that’s going to make an impact.”

Communication is also vital for Huy’s leadership style. He believes that effective teamwork and building strong relationships with his team require a solid foundation of communication.

“Communication is key, and I think it’s something that I try to emphasise quite a bit. If you’re not communicating, you’re not really working together,” he stressed.

Finally, Huy recognises the importance of diversity in creating a powerful and innovative team. He acknowledges that different perspectives, cultures, and ways of thinking lead to new ideas and approaches.

“Diversity is important because it brings different perspectives, different cultures, different ways of thinking, and it all comes together to create something that’s really powerful,” he concluded.

“The challenge for me is being in tuned culturally with each individual.”

Huy Nguyen’s leadership style is shaped by his personal experience and he truly understands the significance of passion, empathy, innovation, communication, and diversity in creating a supportive and effective workplace culture. Huy’s advice serves as an inspiration to others looking to lead with purpose and make a positive impact in the world.
