Dr Anat Hassner, Chief People and Strategy Officer, Uniting NSW.ACT
Anat joined Uniting in July 2022 and was most recently working as Chief People Officer at John Holland Group. She has also held a number of senior roles in NSW Government departments, including Assistant Commissioner, Public Service Commission, and Chief People Officer for Department of Industry and Department of Regional NSW.
Prior to these roles, Anat was Head of Transformation at Woolworths Meat Company. Anat holds a PhD in Change Management from Bond University as well as a Masters of Organisational Psychology, Bachelor of Psychology and Social Science. Anat has also authored two books on change management and co-authored a book on Project Management: The Agile Change Methodology (2012); Who is the Change Manager (2011), and Project Management and Organisational Change 2014.
Mark Souter, Director Value Advisory, Dayforce
Mark has extensive value advisory experience assisting organisations in their HR transformation initiatives, provides advisory services and post go-live support, in "validating the value" with Dayforce. Before joining Dayforce, he was a HR Consulting Director and HR Product Sales and Strategy Leader with Oracle and ServiceNow. He is an experienced international HR Director, who has been promoted into external-business commercial roles.
