Leecare Solutions acquires Tell Touch
Published on 29 July 2025

Leecare Solutions, a provider of aged care software in Australia, has acquired Tell Touch, a platform focused on resident communication and feedback. This acquisition enhances Leecare’s ability to offer tools that support compliance and person-centred care for aged care providers.
Dr Caroline Lee, CEO and Founder of Leecare Solutions, commented, “We’re pleased to welcome Tell Touch to Leecare. This step forward aligns with our goal to provide aged care providers with tools that improve compliance, transparency, and resident engagement.”
Tell Touch is used by aged care organisations across Australia to facilitate communication, gather resident feedback, and meet requirements under Standard 1: The Person and Standard 6: Feedback and Complaints of the Aged Care Quality Standards. The platform helps providers collect real-time insights to better address residents’ needs.
The acquisition, completed on 31 July 2025, builds on an integration between Leecare’s Platinum6 Care Suite and Tell Touch that started two years ago. This ensures a smooth transition for clients, with Tell Touch remaining available as a standalone solution.
Diana Cooper and Christine Brodrick, Founders of Tell Touch, will assist with the integration. “Joining Leecare allows us to further support providers in delivering person-centred care with accountability,” Diana said.
Leecare plans to improve connectivity between Platinum6 and Tell Touch to provide better reporting and insights. Clients can continue using either platform independently, with both systems designed to stay compliant with future regulatory changes.
Dr Lee highlighted the shared objectives: “We’re focused on using technology to improve outcomes for residents, families, and staff. This partnership helps us support providers in meeting care standards.”
Leecare is also exploring new opportunities, including AI partnerships. “We’re always looking for ways to advance our mission. Greg Beasley, our Sales & Marketing Director, is reviewing AI options to keep our solutions effective and responsive,” Dr Lee noted.
This acquisition supports Leecare Solutions’ commitment to providing practical technology solutions that help aged care providers meet regulatory needs and deliver quality care.
