AlayaCare has named Redmap as its exclusive AP Automation partner for Australia and New Zealand, further extending their partnership.
Strong Accounts Payable (AP) automation partnerships are critical to extending finance teams’ capabilities, enabling faster, more accurate payments, and more strategic supplier relationships that directly improve cash flow and reduce risk.
AlayaCare’s partnership with Redmap will see care providers benefit from smoother updates, deeper alignment, and an AP automation experience purpose-built for AlayaCare.
This strengthened partnership reflects the two companies’ shared focus: easing care providers’ administrative burdens with reliable automation and fewer manual hurdles.
Together, the two organisations will deliver:
- An AP automation capability purpose-built for AlayaCare customers in Australia and New Zealand.
- A faster path to innovation for AP automation within the AlayaCare ecosystem.
- Smoother updates and a consistently seamless experience for joint customers.
- Reliable automation designed to reduce manual effort and administrative burden for care providers.
“As operations and regulations evolve, care providers need technology partners who adapt just as quickly,” said Ben Woolley, CEO of Redmap. “This exclusivity allows us to stay tightly aligned with AlayaCare’s roadmap, delivering smarter automation and a consistently seamless experience for our shared customers.”
Annette Hili, Managing Director ANZ: “We’re thrilled to further expand our long-standing relationship with Redmap. By deepening this collaboration, we’ll bring even more innovative, tightly integrated solutions to our clients. Invoicing and payment processes play such an important role in our clients’ ecosystem, and it’s our priority to keep pushing to make these processes faster, smarter, and more reliable. This is about removing friction and unlocking new efficiency gains at scale, so providers can focus more of their time and resources on delivering great care.”
