Two systems working as one
Real-time resident synchronisation between Telstra Health’s Clinical Manager system and QPS Benchmarking’s NQI app (National Quality Indicator) runs far deeper than a simple data transfer.
To begin, data is input into Telstra Health’s system. Live data syncs instantly to the QPS NQI app, meaning data such as resident profiles, assessments and weight charts are easy to find and understand on both platforms.
The integration guarantees accuracy through a built-in checking function that reviews and validates data as it’s submitted. If any issues occur, the QPS IT team is on deck to notify your facility of any data gaps or problems.
Once entered into the system, organisations can easily track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and high-quality care, and daily and quarterly tasks are streamlined with live updates.
Enhanced data insights allow you to leverage actionable analytics and improve outcomes in real time. This is supported by a detailed hierarchy that clearly outlines the relationship between residents, their facility and the organisation.
Then, when the time comes for reporting, Aged care providers and external auditors or accreditors can instantly access data at the required level for reporting or analysis.

Meanwhile, data is automatically uploaded to the Government Provider Management System (GPMS) by QPS. No additional work or investment is required from aged care staff.

Adapting to new indicators and standards
With new staffing quality indicators on the horizon, providers will have no trouble adapting to the additional reporting requirements. The integration has been designed to be agile when regulatory updates linked to Quality Indicators or Quality Standards occur, or even for internal organisational changes.
