7th annual Aged Care Week

Australia’s aged care system is changing fast. New laws, rising demand and new technology are reshaping how services are delivered. Aged Care Week brings together boards, executives, clinical leaders and government to set direction for the sector. Over three days, leaders will work through the new Aged Care Act and updated standards, with a focus on compliance, governance and outcomes for older Australians. Sessions will cover funding models, governance structures and workforce reform including recruitment, retention and leadership. Speakers will share how AI, robotics, digital health and dementia-friendly design are improving care delivery. The program gives senior leaders the information and peer exchange needed to manage risk, strengthen services and keep organisations sustainable.
