AlayaCare launches AlayaFlow Agentic AI at Better Outcomes 2026

AlayaCare will launch its new Agentic AI solution, AlayaFlow, for its Australian and New Zealand customers at its flagship user conference, Better Outcomes 2026.
AlayaFlow is an AI-powered workflow platform built to automate costly and time-consuming administrative tasks. Powering a group of AI agents, AlayaFlow enables workflow automation, freeing up time for direct client care and significantly reducing administrative costs for home care customers. The first three agents will focus on Vacant Visit Scheduling, Visit Verification, and Recommended Care Plans.
Early adopters have already reported cuts to documentation time by up to 20% when using this AI-powered workflow.

AlayaCare Founder and CEO, Adrian Schauer, will be launching the new solution at Better Outcomes 2026, a one‑day user conference on 25 February 2026 at ILUMINA, Sydney.
Better Outcomes brings together leaders from aged care, disability and agency roles to learn from visionary speakers and explore the future of care.
Dr Jordan Nguyen, inventor, CEO Psykinetic, futurist and author, will keynote the conference. Best known for developing the world-first mind-controlled wheelchair and other assistive technologies that empower people, he’ll show how AI can be a powerful tool to help achieve big dreams, support care teams, and enhance the human side of care.
Joining the lineup are industry leaders including Allanna Rigby, AWS AI Go-To-Market Lead for ANZ, who will explore cutting-edge generative AI applications, and Anita Courtney, Principal at Russell Kennedy Lawyers, who will provide essential guidance on compliance, regulation, and quality in aged care.
