International Women’s Day is an important day to recognise and celebrate the achievements of women around the world. Today we recognise Kelly Rogerson, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Palliative Care Southeast; a born nurse who has devoted her career to end of life care. 

While some have branded Generation Z, or ‘Zoomers’, as a tech-dependent bunch of ‘job-hoppers’, business and social trends will never remain stagnant and younger workers are demanding higher expectations for their careers when they dip their toes into a job market swimming with opportunity.

As we approach Christmas time and the end of another year, you may be planning events and activities for your workers and clients, but it’s important to remember everyone celebrates differently.
