The Final Report from the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety stated “dementia care should be core business for aged care services, and particularly residential aged care services”.
Upskilling staff is becoming vital to running a successful business, especially in a sector that is struggling to retain and grow its workforce such as aged care.
